Does anyone know how to get Medicare/Medicaid to reimburse for Bronchial Challenges?
I'm coding them as 94070-26 and they are getting denied even though we're only billing for the professional component. The test is done at an outpatient facility and our physicians read the tests.
Am I billing this correctly?

Have you checked your local MAC for any LCDs to see if they're covered? If they are, there may be a diagnosis, documentation, and/or auth requirement.
