Off the OP report, the doc lists the procedures as:
right thoracotomy w/sutured closure of bronchial stump
laparotomy w/procurement of omental flap
omental flap reinforcement of bronchial stump.
new to this specialty and I dont know where to begin to look!!! please can anyone help???
