Could you please tell me if there are any specific documentation guidelines or recommendations for documenting when a bronchoscopy is performed? I need to know if there are any documentation requirements for the professional billing of a bronchcoscopy?

Check out the Coder's Edge archives---there was a really good article about bronchoscopy and coding different procedures performed with a bronchoscopy.
