Hello,

I am fairly new to Pulmonology specialty, wondering if anyone can help.

If a brush biopsy (31623) and an endobronchial biopsy (31625) are done on the same lesion, are these separately billable? I was told the sample layer of the 31623 is also captured in the sample of the 31625endobronchial and we should not bill for both on the same lesion. Is this true?:confused:
