good morning everyone! I have a dx coding question. pt stayed inpatient 12 days due to multiple rib fx, clavicle fx, pneumothorax, lung contusion, pleural effusion. Bronchoscopy w/ bal was done due to suspected mucus plug, can I code that as fb??
