How would this be coded? :

The right fallopian tube was identified and followed to it's fimbriated end, grasped with a Babcock and 2 clamps were placed over the distal portion of the tube and the distal portion of the fallopian is doubly ligated and then excised. Left fallopian tube is identified, followed to its fimbriated end and then doubly clamped and double ligated and then the distal portion of the tube was excised.

Is this a BTL or a partial salpingectomy?

This is PP vaginal delivery, during same hospitalization. Vaginal approach.
