Wiki Buccal flap take down or division from the palate

What is the CPT code for a buccal flap take down or division from the palate. This is secondary to cleft palate repair - we did not do the original flap. We were looking at 15630 but that does not include the palate and so we are a little lost on what code to use.

Not sure if you received a response to this yet. The recent ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons) Coding Workshop indicated 15630 would be coded if division and inset occurs at a later session.
