I have found documentation that states: for lower level of exam, each body area is counted seperately for SKIN i.e. inspection of two extremities constitutes two elements. So my question is for the Neurologic portion of the exam can Exam of Sensation be counted twice if tested for both wrist and foot, likewise for coordination/fine motor.

I currently only count 1 point for exam of sensation regardless of them testing different areas.

Please help!
