I don't know how to remove the other posting--but obviously put a "thumbs down" on my post! Anyone know how to delete the previous post? Anyway Blue Shield is bundling the 76827 and 76825. Other insurances have not done this--they want chart notes etc. Should I have put a modifier on one of these codes? Isn't this unusual to bundle this?
