If one code bundles with another code and they are on different claims on the same date of service do you have to adjust off the secondary code? Modifiers are not allowed. One claim is an office visit and one is testing by the speech pathologist for the same doctor.

the codes are CPT 31579 and CPT 64408, They do bundle but they are different claims and yes its the same NPI/TAX ID are the same.
