PROCEDURE: Colonoscopy with snare cautery polypectomy in the transverse colon and a cold forceps biopsy of an ascending colon flat lesion, which may simply be normal colonic mucosa, with a post colonoscopy side viewing anoscopy.

The CPTs for the above is:

45385, 45380-59 thats it and NOT the 46600 as well because that is part of those procedures, correct?
