I hope someone can help me with the coding of this procedure. Surgeon did a Small Bowel Resection, Repair of Incarcerated Parastomal Hernia with Stratus Mesh, Placement of New Ilesotomy in the right mid quadrant, Extensive Lysis of Adhesions. The codes I have chosen are 44120, 44346-59, 44310-51. What do you think??

You can use all 3 codes, however you must use a modifier on 44346 and justify the use of the modifier. 44346 is included with 44120 without jusitication. It is ok to bill 44310 with 44120.
