My physician performed a Pulmonary valvuloplasty and a ASD closure, But he doesn't want me to use the ASD closure cpt code because he wants to be able to bill for the Rt heart cath and the RV angiogram, that is bundled with the ASD code, so he want's to use an unlisted code for the ASD so he can use those extra codes.
I coded this with 92990 & 93580, can somebody let me know how they would code these 2 services?
