I need help with burns!!!! Pt is taken to OR for Debridement of 2800 squar sm on lower extremities, left upper extremity, abdomen and flanks. Pt has over 60% total body surface area burns. No grafts were done at this time. Do I use the 16000 codes or are there other codes that I can use?

Please Help!!
