I am being asked to provide PT/OT "W" codes utilized by workers compensation for home health and hospice PT/OT visits. Would anyone be able to guide me on where to start looking for this?

You can find the Ohio BWC Billing and Reimbursement Manuals on the BWC website. Also, the BWC fee schedules as well as anything else you need to know for billing Ohio BWC is also on the BWC website.

The home health W codes are for travel time and mileage for home health workers. I don't use those codes, so I can't give specific advice on how to use them. However, I do see them listed in the Billing and Reimbursement manual.
