Wiki bypass question re: 35685 synthetic vs bovine

My question is in regards to cpt code 35685. If a vein patch is being used for a bovine fem-pop artery bypass graft (35656) is that considered a synthetic conduit where I could use 35685 or would I have to use 37799 if bovine is not considered a synthetic conduit?
