Hi. I have a patient that had a c-section and during the procedure the provider also removed an ovarian mass. How would you code this? The only thing I can find are the codes for the laparoscopic removal of the mass, but that really doesn't apply, since it was an open surgery for the c-section. Any help would be most appreciated!!
 
If the clinician is removing an ovarian cyst open, I would look at 58925.

If it's not an ovarian cyst, but rather a retroperitoneal tumor, look at 49203-49205
