Wiki C-section, closed, return to surgery, hysterectomy

My Dr performed a C-section. The patient was noted to have uterine atony at the time. The Dr closed the C-section. Later, but same day, the patient was bleeding and the Dr opened her previous wound and did a hysterectomy. Do I code this with 59525 or because he had to open the patient again, do I use 58150-78?
