Im auditing a doctor who was a assistant surgeon in a Cesarean delivery, who billed the C-section delivery with Modifier 80, but also billed a critical care service code on same DOS, he didnt document the time spent for the critical care, so im asking if i can bill a subsequent hospital visit? also his documentation didnt specify the complication so im having trouble coming up with a ICD-9 code

His assessment says, G1 in active labor and Arrest of labor at RIM, IUPC placed, FHR baseline up slightly, Temp up Slightly:confused:..any help would be appreciated. thanks
