Our providers are asking if they can use the code C9901 (endoscopic defect closure) for the facility charge along w/ the 43999 for the pro-fee charge. The currently perform these procedures at the hospital but are hoping to perform these at our ASC in the future. Any info would be greatly appreciated regarding.
