Hi, I need to verifiy if I have the correct code(s) for a CABG. Patient had a CABG involving the left internal mammary artery to the left anterior descending and saphenous vein grafts to three coronary arteries. I coded it as 33533, +33519. Is this correct? Any help would be appreciated.
