Wiki CABG day 1 and return to OR day 2 is it billable?

We have a patient who had a 5 vessel bypass who had to be taken back to the OR on day 2 for repair of a leaking proximal PDA anastomosis. It was repaired with sutures. Is there a CPT code for this or is it an unlisted procedure?

Also, is there a good reference book for someone new to cardiovascular coding?:eek:
