Wiki CABG f/u with pcp global?

I have a claim where a patient had a CABg (33533) by our cardiothoracic surgeon and has came to his PCP for a hospital discharge f/u within the 90 day global period. Denials is saying it is global but I do not agree with that seeing as a PCP is a different specialty. PCP went over discharge labs for CAD and blood loss anemia. Denials is saying it's global b/c the primary dx on the cabg claim and f/u discharge claim is CAD. Do I need to change the primary dx on the PCP claim?

Any thoughts??
