Is the CAD service only to be billed as a technical service through the facility or should it also be billed as Professional Service - the radiologist?

The CAD codes can be billed by the reading radiologist, along with the mammo reading, by using a 26 modifier. Both the facility and radiolgist can bill the CAD code.
