Patient with infected aortic stent graft which was removed and reconstruction of infrarenal abdominal aorta was done using cadaveric aorta graft and bilateral renal artery bypass using cadaveric iliac artery grafts. Not sure how to code this since grafts were neither synthetic or vein. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You use the non-vein codes. (the vein codes are paying extra for vein excision from the patient)
