CADD Pump Billing - PLEASE HELP

We own our own pumps and rent them out to patients. We've recently started billing the Pump rental (E0781) and the tubing (A4222) on the same date as the 5Fu cassette is being refilled. So other drugs and chemo may be billed on the same date of service. We would bill the E0781, A4222 and 5Fu being sent home with a 12 POS and to DMERC. Can someone please help me with this and tell me if this is correct, or how it should be billed. The problem is when the pump is rented more than once during the month, we only bill the rental one time, however we bill the tubing on each date of service that the drug is adminsistered CIV. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :o
