We are a CAH and have a Specialty Clinic. We are wondering how other CAHs bill procedures that are done in their Specialty Clinic. Do you bill a facility charge for that procedure? How much is mark up? Do you just do a basic Minor, Int., Major Procedure Charge or do you bill the actual CPT Code for that procedure? Thanks for your help?:eek:
