Good morning all,
I understand when we are coding these exams that all venous catheter placements and venograms are included in the venous sampling codes ( 36500/75893), but what about the arteriograms? Dr Z says the arterial cath placements are billable but he doesn't mention the arteriograms. Billable or should they just be considered road mapping? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
