Wiki Calendar Year or Rolling year for LCD's

Hello,

I was wondering if someone can answer this question...

If the LCD states 5 injections per year, is the year a calendar year (beginning January 1st) or a Rolling calendar year (from the first injection)?

I cannot find any information on this.
