We have a client at our billing company that posed the following question to us and was wondering if anyone else has had this same scenerio and how are you proceeding into billing this out?

Several OB/Gyn groups are in a call group arrangement. If an on-call doctor delivers, the provider/practice that the patient belongs to wants to bill for the global delivery and pay the on-call doctor a flat fee for covering.

Is ths compliant billing and is it common practice?
