Wiki Can 53415 and 53410 bill together?

Is it ever appropriate to code both 53410 and 53415 at the same time. The provider will document he performed an anterior urethroplasty and a posterior urethroplasty in the same session. So far I have found anything that says they can’t be billed together. And also are there any specific codes for a spongioplasty??




OPERATION: Posterior urethroplasty, anterior urethroplasty with buccal mucosal graft harvest, pan urethral stricture repair, pudendal nerve block, buccal nerve block, cystoscopy, and pseudo spongioplasty.
