If you look this code up in Medicare's PFS lookup tool, you will see that it is not priced for the office setting. So, if reported with POS 11, it will deny.
Since this requires general anesthesia, I hope it wouldn't be done in the office, but nothing suprises me anymore.

Must be performed under general or spinal anesthesia. There are no payments when performed in the office.
