Wiki Can 90792 be billed the same day as psychotherapy?

Can I bill a 90792 cpt for a psychiatry evaluation then a 90837/90785 for Talk therapy performed by our social worker on the same day within the same practice? I was thinking I could and can identify the 90837/90785 with 59 modifier as it is and was two separate services in the same practice.

We can use 90792 for psychiatrist and 90837 for psychologist

You should bill 90791 for initial psychological evaluation for Social worker. Do not bill 90837 in addition to the evaluation as it is considered content and will deny. No modifier allowed to separate. After the initial eval, then you can bill 90737 for 1hr visit, 90834 for 45 min therapy session.
Is the Social worker licensed to prescribe in your state? If so, they should bill 90792 for psych eval with medication management alone. Do not bill therapy, as it is content to 90792.
