I am needing to find out if a PA is allowed to admit and discharge a patient? If so, where would i find an accredited source to help support this information to give my supervisor:D

I think this will depend on your states guidelines for a PA, and also hospital policy...contact them and see if the PA has admitting priveleges. (ours does not)
