Wiki Can an ambulatory clinic bill for oxygen they supplied to a patient

If in ambulatory clinic , where patients come in for a cold and end up needing oxygen due to low o2 stats...or examples where they have to call an ambulance and give oxygen while they are waiting. Does anyone know, if ambulatory clinic can bill for the oxygen supply? TIA
