Wiki Can CPT 25608, 25652, 25676, & 25290 be billed together?

If the surgeon performed ORIF on RT distal radius, ORIF on RT distal ulna, and ORIF of RT distal radial ulnar joint and Brachioradialis tenotomy can these be billed together?

NCCI doesn't bundle these together, but I remember reading somewhere that even though NCCI doesn't bundle 25609 & 25290, those 2 codes are considered to be inclusive with each other.
