My thought on this subject is no but I would love the documentation to support it...my coding logic says no as most derms are looking for a specific issue (lesion/rash) and any testing would be diagnostic, not preventive screening. But what about the patient that is coming in for a yearly skin check, no symptoms? Derms aren't in the habit of ordering "routine screeing test" which makes me ? this code set for dermatologist.
