Patient has a non healing fracture of the shoulder. During the scope, under fluro, he moves the shoulder to see if the joint is staying in place or not. It is, so he decides not to perform ORIF. My question is: can I report the fluro with a -26 modifier as well as the 29805? I have not seen this before. Thanks for your help.
