Wiki Can I bill as hydration?

Hello,
We had a patient in for a CT lung biopsy. After the procedure patient stated that she was not feeling well, the doctor ordered NACL 0.9% Bolus for one hour. May I bill this as 96360? I do have a start and stop time.
