Can our provider bill for Administration injection 96372 with the following documentations as follow? Please help and thanks...
PROVIDER'S NOTES:(INSURANCE IS HIP)
Pt instructed on subcutaneous injection and under my supervision he gave his first injection to his left mid-abdomen.
