I have a doctor who went in to an emergency STEMI he was ONLY able to do the coronary (left the right was blocked at opening). He is not an interventionalist. Another physician from our office went in and then did a complete LHC after stenting the R coronary twice and thrombectomy. Can I use a modifier 80 to override CCI conflict?
