I'm wondering if LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, BCBA, AMFT, LSW can bill E/M? If they can, will the payment be 85% of the physician fee schedule? Thanks so much for all of your help.

Hi there, the first part is determined by your state's scope of practice for each provider type. The providers should know what they can and can't do under their scope of practice. However, as a starting point - if they cannot bill any services under their name/NPI then they cannot bill E/M.
If they CAN bill E/M services they would receive the 85% reimbursement.
If they CAN bill E/M services they would receive the 85% reimbursement.
