Wiki Can Mastopexy be billed with this?

My Plastics office is asking if they can code for a Mastopexy along with the code for the Reductions that they perform - 19318, or would this be part of the procedure? They are also questioning if they could also code separately for a Mastopexy during a mastectomy for gynecomastia. I would think this would be bundled, but I need to know for sure before they start unbundling and billing for procedures that are not separate.
