Wiki Can New Patient CPT code be used?

My doctor is disassociating from our current practice. Most of the patients are staying with us. We will have a new practice name & tax ID#, can I bill these existing patients as NP?
Also, we will be adding a NP, can I bill patients seen by her as NP?
