Wiki Can "no side effects to medication" be counted in Behavior Health audit?

Does "no side effects to medication" in behavioral health count anywhere in E/M audit? I have checked CMS and WPS and cannot find anything specific to this.

I would think that maybe it would count as a Modifying factor within the HPI in the History component of the e/m?
