I have been researching this code for my managers in my group practice and the only thing I can find is the section for the OPPS. It only mentions Hospital Outpatient setting. Has anyone seen/read another article that explains the billing of this code more? They want to make sure we can bill for it in the office setting.

It's used to show that Radioisotopes Derived from non‐HEU Sources were used on the patient.
