For subsequent hospital inpatient visits, can review of systems be pulled from the physical exam to consider the history as one of the two components in determining the level of service?
 
Response: Can ROS be pulled from the Physical Exam

Do not count physical observations as ROS. Physical observations are to be counted only as elements of the Physical Examination.
