I need to earn my CEMC but have not yet. I have a couple of docs that will treat a patient with several chronic but stable medical conditions. Using the Table of Risk chart, non of the Dx's would meet any of the criteria listed for HIGH MDM. But could you get there with six or eight chronic but stable Dx's? Thanks for your imput.
