Re-do PVI, PWI for atrial fibrillation:

We performed ablation with an anterior hemi-WACA on the left side (along coumadin ridge) to reisolate the LPVs using an irrigated-tip ablation catheter (Biosense Thermocool SmartTouch STSF D curve). First pass isolation was achieved with bidirectional block.(93656). Given recurrent AF, we then proceeded with posterior wall isolation with box lesion set. There was persistent connection after initial ablation requiring a line of ablation vertically along the central aspect of the PW and focal ablation in the right upper region of the PW to achieve bidirectional block.(93657) Later during the waiting period there was acute reconnection of the right posterior wall requiring further ablation to achieve exit block. ??93657??

am just wondering if he gets credit for 93657 x 2? i always thought all the 'extra' work after isolation was included in ONE 93657

thanks in advance
