I need some help. I had a patient , where the patient was diagnosed with KLIENFELTER syndrome by amniocentesis. She was given KCL injection at 23.4 weeks of gestation and induction of labor (IOL) was done. My Q is can this be billed delivery or termination of pregnancy CPT 59855.
